It's a dull and foggy day today. Taken Carol to the Academy. She has emailed me to tell me that she has a meeting first thing about why she's been off. I have said that it's due to shoving around a trolley full of heavy books, so it's a health and safety issue. Occupational health issues and manual handling come into it, too. Having done manual handling courses I have a good idea what they should have done to help prevent injuries (they haven't done anything. They should have timetabled her classes better.)
