It is certainly feeling much more autumnal. It's bright and sunny first thing in the morning, but there is a definite chill in the air. There are blackberries ripening on the bramble bushes along the Redway, so I will have to go out and see whether they are ready to pick yet. The thought of blackberry and apple pie is very tempting.
