Falling Snow

As I write this we are experiencing heavy snow-fall. The B.B.C. Breakfast weather forecast has said that we can expect very heavy snowfall for the next few days. They have even given a Red alert for extreme weather conditions in Wales, which is something I haven't know before with snow. The car has got a blanket of snow on it and it has got thicker as the morning has progressed. I just hope that the gritters are out on the roads as I can well remember the terrible conditions on Milton Keynes's grid roads only a few winters ago when the local authority didn't get the gritters out on time and it caused chaos.
