Cryptic Message?

I was attempting to sign up to something or other on the internet (Vimeo, as it happens) and I attempted to get the thing to accept my new password, when the following error came up '403 Forbidden: The server understands the request but is refusing to fulfill it.' Sounds like a stubborn child, who knows it has done something wrong, but will not obey. I think it was the wording that made me smile; the fact that the server knew it won't work, and won't do as it's asked.
